The Reading Property Meet is a friendly, independent property networking event which has grown from a handful of attendees to over 40 per month!

We meet on the last Thursday of every month at the Thames Lido. The atmosphere in the room is infectious! With renowned guest speakers, a pre-networking deal clinic with Adam and lots of opportunity and time to network. You will get to meet fellow property professionals, with all levels of experience, who are only too happy to give you the benefit of their experiences – both good and bad!

The evening is hosted by Adam Vickers and Karen Stanbridge. They love networking and talking about property with both new and seasoned property people alike. Each month there will be guest speakers from the world of property and the professionals who work alongside them to offer people a chance to learn from their experiences.

We are thrilled to welcome Jack Jiggens as our guest speaker for May’s Reading Property Meet!

Jack was born into property – quite literally. Every family home he lived in from birth was a building site at some point, setting the foundation for a lifelong passion in property development. After earning a degree in Business and Marketing, Jack rolled up his sleeves and jumped straight into the hands-on side of real estate.

His early career was rooted in the practical delivery of residential developments and flips across Oxfordshire, where he quickly progressed to independently managing projects from acquisition to sale. Now blending modern development strategies, Jack has since expanded into more ambitious ventures, including commercial, mixed-use, and residential land developments.

In around a decade, Jack has delivered £100m worth of property in the UK, as well as founding multiple property and construction related businesses, including a Surveying Company XP Surveys, the award winning Development Company XP Property, The award Winning Social Portfolio and the Award winning HMO Company Central Suites.
